Guildhall Collective reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Member Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and community-oriented manner.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior
- Damage to Guildhall property
- Illegal activity on or related to Guildhall premises
- Violation of posted rules or staff instructions
Guildhall reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of conduct standards.
6. Guests
Guest access is a privilege, not a right. Guest policies may vary by membership level and event.
Members are fully responsible for the behavior of their guests. Guildhall Collective reserves the right to deny entry to any guest at its discretion.
7. Events and Programming
Guildhall Collective may host private events, member gatherings, or programs.
- Attendance may be limited due to capacity constraints
- RSVP or additional fees may be required
- Events are subject to change or cancellation
Guildhall is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during events.
8. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
By entering Guildhall premises or participating in Guildhall activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including injury, loss, or damage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guildhall Collective, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the premises, services, or participation in events.
